Front Headlock
The front headlock is where snap-downs, failed takedowns and turtle attacks arrive. The top player controls the head with a chin strap and an arm, then chooses between choking (guillotine, D'Arce, anaconda, Peruvian necktie) and going behind to the back. Danaher's front headlock system made it a central pillar of modern no-gi.
